Now I use Notion as my company's nervous system

At Meridian, every instruction set, every workflow, every architecture decision lives in Notion. Not as documentation after the fact. As the source of truth before anything gets built.

When I want to make a code change, I write the prompt in Notion. The AI coding agent reads that Notion page ID directly and executes. No copy-paste, no file syncing, no context loss between sessions.

The same pattern applies to strategy and operations. Daily tasks live in a Notion database. An agent reads that database every morning and builds my brief. When something changes in a workflow, an agent updates the Notion page. Every system that depends on it reads the current version automatically.

The practical result: I can hand off work to an AI assistant by sharing a page ID. The context, the constraints, and the instructions are already there. I don't repeat myself across tools.

What tools or services are you using, even "off-label" to great effect? I want to hear about it.
