Each engagement is scoped to a defined v1. One week target from kickoff to delivery. The work is constrained by design: a focused build ships and gets used. An open-ended engagement drifts.
The organization owns what we build, in full, under a perpetual license that never expires. What we build for you belongs to you. No caveats, no future claims.
$1 perpetual license. Every Works build is transferred to the organization at delivery for $1. The license is perpetual and irrevocable. Meridian retains no ongoing rights, no revenue share, and no claim on future commercial use of the same technology.
